1. Who we are and how to contact us

Workeo ("Workeo", "we", "us") is a website at app.workeo.co and the Workeo bot on Telegram. The service is provided by MMM Workeo sp. z o.o., registered office: ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 55/1, 60-521 Poznań, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the Polish National Court Register (KRS) kept by Sąd Rejonowy Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda w Poznaniu, VIII Wydział Gospodarczy KRS under KRS number 0000827404, Tax ID (NIP) 7812005965, REGON 385478128, share capital 10 000 zł (the "Provider").

You can contact us:

We communicate with you in English. We reply to messages without undue delay, and to complaints within the time limit in section 12.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

  • Terms means this document, available free of charge on the Terms of Service page; you can save it as a PDF.
  • User, you means a natural person who uses Workeo.
  • Consumer means a natural person who enters into a contract with us for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
  • Account means the data linked to you in Workeo: your CV, profile, conversations, matches, applications and documents. An account is created when you upload a CV or first message the bot. You reach it through your browser session, a sign-in link sent by email, or the bot.
  • Career profile means the part of your Account that describes your career: your CV and its versions, your career history and facts, preferences, career paths, summaries of conversations, application history and the documents prepared for you.
  • Career archive means the optional feature in which, with your separate consent, we keep your Career profile for up to 20 years from your last activity (section 9).
  • Free plan means the services available without payment (section 3).
  • Paid plan, career-consulting package means the Trial week, Workeo Pro or Workeo Pro for 3 months. Their scope, prices and limits are set out in Annex 2.
  • Trial week means a one-off paid plan for 7 days (section 7).
  • Workeo Pro means a paid plan in the form of a subscription that renews every month.
  • Workeo Pro for 3 months means a one-off paid plan for 92 days.
  • Mock interview pack means a one-off add-on with extra mock interviews, with no expiry date.
  • Billing period means one month of the Workeo Pro subscription, counted from the day of purchase or of the last renewal.
  • Digital service means a service that lets you create, process or store data in digital form, or access it; in Workeo, for example, the CV review, job matching, calls with Mia and mock interviews.
  • Digital content, documents means data produced and supplied in digital form: tailored CVs, cover letters, question packs, company briefs and mock interview reports.
  • Mia means Workeo's AI assistant, who holds voice calls and chats with you. Mia is not a person.
  • AI recruiter means an AI character who runs a mock job interview with you.
  • Bot means the Workeo bot on Telegram.
  • Job ads means job advertisements published by third parties (employers, job boards, EURES) that Workeo collects from public sources.
  • Durable medium means a medium that lets you store information and reproduce it unchanged, such as an email or a PDF file.

3. Our services

Workeo helps people look for work in Malta, including fully remote roles open to residents of Malta: we advise on career planning and on preparing for recruitment. We provide digital services and supply digital content:

  • a CV review: a score out of 10, things to fix, strengths, an ATS readability check and salary ranges for the roles you're looking for;
  • conversations with Mia: a voice call in your browser, and chat and voice notes in the bot;
  • matching job ads to your profile, with a fit assessment;
  • CVs and cover letters tailored to a role you choose, to view and download as a PDF;
  • interview preparation: a company brief, likely questions and mock interviews with AI recruiters, each followed by a report;
  • career paths;
  • alerts about new matching roles: in the bot, and by email only with your consent.

Free plan. Without paying, you get the CV review, your first voice call with Mia, up to 3 of your best-matching roles with full details (including the employer's name, the salary range, the fit assessment and the link to the ad), a short company overview for your top match and your first career path. Some of your other matches may be shown in summary form (for example the type of role, place, pay and fit), without the employer's name or the link to the ad.

Paid plans: the career-consulting package. The paid plans are a package of career-consulting services: tailored CVs and cover letters, interview preparation, mock interviews with AI recruiters, all career paths and further calls with Mia (consultations). Within the package, Mia works with you on the full list of your matches: you see all of them with full details, and new ones every day. The scope and limits of the paid plans and packs are set out in Annex 2. For technical reasons and to prevent abuse, we also apply daily limits in the bot (the number of CVs sent and messages to Mia); the bot tells you when a limit is reached.

Artificial intelligence. Scores, matches, documents, Mia's replies and reports are produced automatically by artificial intelligence models (providers: Annex 3). Mia and the AI recruiters are AI systems, not people, and they say so at the start of each call (Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the AI Act). AI output can contain mistakes or inaccuracies. We prepare documents from the information in your CV and conversations, and our validator removes passages that your sources do not support. Before you send a document to an employer, check it: you decide what you send. You can report a mistake in a document as a complaint (section 12). A fit assessment or a mock interview report is guidance for your application, not an employer's assessment.

We do not guarantee that you will find a job, be invited to an interview or hear back from an employer.

Job ads. Job ads come from third parties and are published on their own sites (job boards, employers' career pages, EURES). We show a summary of the ad and a link to the original. We are not a party to the ad or the recruitment process: its author is responsible for the ad, whether it is still open and how the recruitment is run. An author may take an ad down earlier than Workeo shows.

Workeo works only for you: we do not pass your CV, results or data to employers, we do not apply on your behalf and we do not recruit for employers. You decide whether and where to apply.

These Terms apply to Workeo for Malta (English, prices in euro). Workeo for Poland (in Polish, prices in zloty) has its own Polish-language terms.

4. Technical requirements and risks

To use Workeo you need:

  • a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser (for example Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge) with JavaScript and the cookies the site needs to work enabled;
  • an email address;
  • for voice calls: a microphone and your browser's permission to use it;
  • for the bot: a Telegram account;
  • to open documents: a browser or app that displays PDF files.

You can upload your CV on the website as a PDF, DOCX, DOC, RTF, ODT, TXT or HTML file, or as a photo or scan (JPG, PNG, WebP), up to 4 MB. You can send your CV to the bot as a PDF or DOCX, up to 10 MB.

Using online services carries risks. The main ones, and how to protect yourself:

  • people pretending to be Workeo (phishing): we never ask for passwords or card details in emails or messages, and payments are taken only by the payment provider on its own page;
  • malicious software in files and links: upload your own files from a trusted device and don't open suspicious attachments;
  • someone else getting into your account on a shared or public device: the sign-in link in our emails works once, so never pass it on, and clear the browser data when you finish on someone else's device;
  • data being intercepted on an unsecured network: Workeo only uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Workeo stores essential cookies in your browser (your session and chosen market) and uses browser storage (for example where your visit came from, until you close the tab, and which questions you have practised). Details: Privacy policy.

We may limit access to Workeo for a while for technical work, maintenance or a fault. We try to announce planned breaks in advance.

5. Using Workeo

Workeo is for adults. By using Workeo you confirm that you are 18 or older; when you buy a paid plan you confirm it separately.

You must not supply unlawful content. In particular, you must not:

  • upload or send content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes other people's rights (for example their personal rights or copyright);
  • upload another person's CV or data without their consent;
  • give false information about yourself;
  • send files containing malicious software;
  • collect data from Workeo by automated means, get around plan limits or security measures, or use someone else's account;
  • resell access to a paid plan or share it with other people;
  • use calls with Mia or the AI recruiters in a way that disrupts Workeo;
  • use Workeo on behalf of an employer or to assess or select other people, such as job candidates: Workeo is only for your own career.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give in your CV and conversations, and for the documents you send to employers.

While you use Workeo, you give us a non-exclusive, free licence to use the content you send (for example your CV and answers in calls) only as far as needed to provide the services, including processing by the providers listed in Annex 3. The licence ends when you delete that content or your account.

You may freely use, edit and send to employers the documents prepared in Workeo. To the extent we have any rights in them, we give you a free, non-exclusive and perpetual licence to use them in any way.

If you break the rules above, we may remove the content concerned and ask you to stop, and for a serious or repeated breach we may block your account or end the contract (section 9). You can challenge a removal by contacting us by email to contact@workeo.co; we will deal with it without undue delay.

6. Ordering, prices and payment

Free plan. The contract for the free plan is made when, having had the chance to read these Terms, you upload a CV on the website or send a CV or your first message to the bot. It runs for an indefinite period. You don't pay for the free plan; instead we process your personal data as described in the Privacy policy.

Ordering a paid plan or a pack works like this:

  1. you choose a plan or pack on the offer page or in the app;
  2. the order summary shows the plan's name and scope, the total price, the access period or the renewal and cancellation terms, information on your right to withdraw and the Provider's details; you can go back and change your choice;
  3. you tick the required boxes: acceptance of these Terms, your request for the service to start before the withdrawal period ends, your consent to receive digital content before that period ends (for plans) and confirmation that you are 18 or older;
  4. on the payment provider's page (Stripe) you enter your payment details, which you can correct there, and click the button that places the order with an obligation to pay;
  5. once the payment is accepted, the plan or pack starts straight away, and we email you the order confirmation with the contract details, the consents you gave, these Terms and the model withdrawal form, which is a durable medium.

The contract is made when the payment provider confirms your payment. The contract consists of these Terms as in force on the day of the order, the order summary and the confirmation email. We keep a record of the order and of the consents you gave, and you can save these Terms as a PDF at any time. The contract is concluded in English. We do not follow any codes of conduct.

Prices. Prices are in euro. They are the final prices that you pay: we add no other charges or taxes to them. Current prices are in Annex 2 and on the offer page. The order summary shows the final amount to pay (after any Trial week credit, section 7) before you place the order; that is the price that applies to you.

Payment. Payments are handled by the payment provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland). The payment page shows the available methods, usually a payment card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can pay for the Workeo Pro subscription with a method that supports recurring payments, such as a card.

  • Trial week, Workeo Pro for 3 months and packs: a one-off payment in advance, when you order;
  • Workeo Pro: payment in advance for each billing period; the first when you order, then automatically on each renewal date from your saved payment method until you cancel.

If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider will try again over the following days, and your access may continue in the meantime. If the payment still fails after the retries, the subscription ends and your account returns to the free plan.

Subscription price changes. We may change the price of Workeo Pro for a valid reason: higher costs of our providers' services (for example AI models, hosting or payments), changes in taxes or other public charges, or a significant change in the scope of the services. We will email you at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the first billing period starting after that date; if you don't accept it, you can cancel the subscription before then at no cost. A change never affects periods already paid for or one-off plans.

Promotions. If we offer a discount code or a price reduction, we will state its conditions, and when we announce a reduction we will also show the lowest price of the 30 days before it.

Invoices. We will issue an invoice on request. Contact us by email to contact@workeo.co within 3 months of the end of the month in which you paid, with the details for the invoice.

7. The Trial week and its price credit

The Trial week costs €25 and gives you access to the services described in Annex 2 for 7 days from purchase. It is a one-off payment: the plan does not renew and we will not charge you again for it. After 7 days your account returns to the free plan.

Price credit. If you pay the full price of the Trial week in Annex 2 and buy Workeo Pro or Workeo Pro for 3 months within 7 days of buying the Trial week, we credit the €25 you paid for the Trial week towards the new plan: we reduce your first Workeo Pro payment, or the price of Workeo Pro for 3 months, by that amount. A Trial week bought at a reduced price, for example with a promotion code, gives no credit. The order summary shows the amount to pay after the credit before you pay.

The Trial week ends when the new plan starts. Its remaining days are not carried over to the new plan, because they are settled through the credit.

The credit applies once for each Trial week purchase, only towards Workeo Pro or Workeo Pro for 3 months, and cannot be exchanged for money. It does not apply if the price of the Trial week has been refunded (after a withdrawal or under the guarantee in section 10). If you withdraw from the new plan or use the guarantee, we settle the amounts actually paid.

Documents prepared during the Trial week stay in your account after it ends (section 8).

8. Your documents after a plan ends

Documents prepared for you during a paid plan (tailored CVs, cover letters, question packs, company briefs and mock interview reports) stay in your account after the plan ends, including the Trial week. You can view them, and download tailored CVs as PDFs, for as long as your account exists (for the deletion of inactive accounts, see section 9).

After a plan ends, we won't prepare new documents or mock interviews until you choose a new plan or pack.

Keep copies of important documents: deleting your account removes them permanently.

9. How long the contract lasts, cancelling and ending it

The free plan runs for an indefinite period. You can end it at any time, at no cost, by deleting your account: in Settings ("Delete my data") or with the /delete command in the bot. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Workeo Pro runs for an indefinite period with monthly billing periods and no minimum term. You can cancel the subscription at any time: in Settings ("Cancel subscription"), in the payment provider's customer portal (the link is in your order confirmation) or by contacting us by email to contact@workeo.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period: you keep full access until then, and we won't charge you again. Cancelling costs nothing.

The Trial week and Workeo Pro for 3 months are fixed-term contracts (7 and 92 days): they end automatically when the access period is over, with no renewal and no further charges. The Mock interview pack has no expiry date: you can use its interviews until you delete your account.

Deleting your account during a paid plan ends the plan straight away and cancels the subscription: you won't be charged again. We keep billing records for as long as the law requires (see the Privacy policy). Deleting your account does not take away your right to withdraw or the guarantee: the withdrawal form works without signing in.

Inactive accounts. If you don't use Workeo for 24 months (you don't open the app, sign in, talk to Mia, message the bot or upload a CV), the free-plan contract ends and we delete the account and its data. If the account has an email address, we will email you at least 30 days before; to keep the account, just open Workeo before that day. We never delete an account this way while it has a running paid plan, an active subscription or unused pack interviews.

Career archive. You can choose to turn on the career archive: by ticking a separate box when you upload your CV, or in Settings. We then keep your Career profile for up to 20 years from your last activity instead of 24 months, and delete the account after that (with notice, as above). The archive does not include full voice-call transcripts or payment records, which have their own retention periods. You can withdraw your consent at any time in Settings; from then on the usual rule for inactive accounts applies. Not giving the consent does not limit your use of Workeo in any way. Details: Privacy policy, section "Career archive".

Ending of the contract by the Provider. We may end the contract for a valid reason: a serious or repeated breach of these Terms (section 5), or a legal requirement or an order of an authority. We will give you 7 days' notice by email. For a serious breach (for example sending unlawful content or trying to break into the service) we may end the contract with immediate effect. Where possible, we will first ask you to stop. If a paid plan ends for reasons you are not responsible for, we will refund the unused part of the price in proportion.

If we decide to close Workeo, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance and refund the unused part of paid plans, in proportion, and any unused pack interviews.

10. The 7-day risk-free guarantee

On top of your legal right to withdraw (section 11), we give a voluntary 7-day risk-free guarantee: within 7 days of your first payment to Workeo you can ask for your money back without giving a reason. We will then refund everything paid to Workeo up to the day of your request, with no deductions.

Send your request by email to contact@workeo.co or use the withdrawal form (write "7-day guarantee" in the "Reason (optional)" field). It is enough to send it before the 7 days are up.

The guarantee can be used once per person: it applies to a person's first payment to Workeo, even if that person later opens another account or uses another email address or payment method.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method. When we refund you, the paid plan ends and the subscription is cancelled: you won't be charged again. Documents prepared up to then stay in your account (section 8).

The guarantee does not limit your legal rights, including your right to withdraw and your right to complain. If both the guarantee and the right to withdraw apply, we use whichever is better for you.

The guarantee does not cover payments made more than 7 days after your first payment (for example subscription renewals). You can cancel your subscription for the future at any time (section 9).

11. Your right to withdraw

As a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract made at a distance within 14 days without giving a reason (Consumer Rights Regulations, S.L. 378.17). The period runs from the day the contract is made (section 6). To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal before the period ends.

How to withdraw:

  • use the Withdraw from contract here function: the link is in the footer of the home page and the legal pages, in your order confirmation and in the bot's reply to /status; the form works without signing in, and after you send it you will see a confirmation with the date and time we received it, which we will also email to you;
  • by email to contact@workeo.co;
  • by post to MMM Workeo sp. z o.o., ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 55/1, 60-521 Poznań, Poland;
  • you can use the model form in Annex 1, but you don't have to.

If you withdraw, the contract is treated as never made. We will refund your payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using the same payment method unless you expressly agree to another one; the refund costs you nothing. The subscription is cancelled and you won't be charged again. Withdrawing from a paid plan does not delete your account: you can keep using the free plan.

If the service starts within the 14 days. Paid plans and packs start straight after payment only at your express request, made in the order summary. If you withdraw after making that request, you pay for the service provided until we receive your withdrawal: an amount in proportion to the service provided, calculated from the total price. If no such request was made, we refund the full price. Days are counted as started days from the moment of payment until we receive your withdrawal.

Withdrawal by plan

  • Free plan

    Withdrawal after a request to start straight away
    You pay nothing. You can end the contract at any time by deleting your account.
    Withdrawal without that request
    You pay nothing.
    When the right to withdraw ends
    Not applicable.
  • Trial week (€25, 7 days)

    Withdrawal after a request to start straight away
    We refund the price minus a share for the started days of use: started days ÷ 7 × the price paid.
    Withdrawal without that request
    We refund the full price.
    When the right to withdraw ends
    When the 7-day access period ends, which is when the service has been fully provided.
  • Workeo Pro (€49 a month)

    Withdrawal after a request to start straight away
    We refund the payment for the first billing period minus a share for the started days: started days ÷ days in the period × the amount paid.
    Withdrawal without that request
    We refund the full payment.
    When the right to withdraw ends
    14 days after the contract is made. Renewing the subscription on the same terms is not a new contract and does not give a new right to withdraw; you can cancel the subscription for the future at any time (section 9).
  • Workeo Pro for 3 months (€119, 92 days)

    Withdrawal after a request to start straight away
    We refund the price minus a share for the started days: started days ÷ 92 × the price paid.

    We refund the full price.
    When the right to withdraw ends
    14 days after the contract is made.
  • Mock interview pack: 3 interviews (€12)

    Withdrawal after a request to start straight away
    We refund the price minus 1/3 of the price paid for each interview from the pack already held.
    Withdrawal without that request
    We refund the full price.
    When the right to withdraw ends
    14 days after the contract is made, or earlier once all 3 interviews in the pack have been used (the service has been fully provided).
  • Documents in paid plans (tailored CVs, cover letters, question packs, reports)

    Withdrawal after a request to start straight away
    Documents supplied before you withdraw stay in your account. We don't charge for them on top of the amount for the plan.
    Withdrawal without that request
    The right to withdraw also covers the documents; after withdrawing, stop using them and don't share them with others.
    When the right to withdraw ends
    When a document is supplied, if in the order summary you agree to receive digital content before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw, and we confirm this by email.

Example: you paid €49 for Workeo Pro and withdraw on day 5 of a 30-day billing period, after asking for an immediate start. You pay €8.17 (5/30 × €49) and we refund €40.83.

When you lose the right to withdraw. You do not have a right to withdraw: (1) once a service has been fully provided, if we started it at your express request and you acknowledged before the start that you would lose the right to withdraw once the service had been fully provided; (2) for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the supply started with your express prior consent before the withdrawal period ended, after you acknowledged that you would lose the right to withdraw, and we sent you a confirmation.

The guarantee in section 10 applies independently of the right to withdraw.

12. Conformity and complaints

We are responsible for the digital content and digital services being in conformity with the contract, under the Digital Content and Digital Services Contracts Regulations (S.L. 378.20) and the other rules that protect you. Throughout your plan we supply the updates needed to keep them in conformity.

For a digital service supplied continuously (such as access to a plan), we are responsible for a lack of conformity that appears during the period of supply. For a document supplied once, we are responsible for a lack of conformity that appears within 2 years of supply.

If digital content or a service is not in conformity with the contract, you can ask us to bring it into conformity, for example by correcting a document or preparing it again. We may refuse if that is impossible or would cost a disproportionate amount. If bringing it into conformity is impossible, has not happened within a reasonable time, the lack of conformity continues, or it is so serious that an immediate price reduction or ending the contract is justified, you can ask for a price reduction or end the contract. You cannot end the contract for a minor lack of conformity. We refund any amounts due within 14 days.

A document with a factual error, or with information that is not in your sources, is grounds for a complaint: we will prepare it again.

You can make a complaint by email to contact@workeo.co or by post to MMM Workeo sp. z o.o., ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 55/1, 60-521 Poznań, Poland. Please include your contact details (ideally the email of your account), a description of the problem, when it happened and what you would like us to do. You don't need to use a form.

We will reply within 14 days of receiving your complaint, by email or on another durable medium. If we do not reply within 14 days, your complaint is deemed accepted.

If we don't accept your complaint, our reply will tell you whether we agree to out-of-court dispute resolution (section 13).

13. Out-of-court redress

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can contact:

  • the European Consumer Centre Malta (eccnetmalta.gov.mt), which helps consumers in disputes with traders established in another EU country, such as Poland;
  • the Office for Consumer Affairs of the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority, MCCAA (mccaa.org.mt);
  • the Consumer Claims Tribunal in Malta, where it has jurisdiction over the dispute.

You may also bring proceedings before the courts of Malta (section 18).

The EU online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) closed on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228), so we do not link to it.

We have not committed to using a particular out-of-court dispute resolution body. If we don't accept your complaint, we will tell you on a durable medium whether we agree to take part in such a procedure. Using these options is voluntary and does not affect your right to go to court.

14. Liability

We are liable for failing to perform the contract, or performing it badly, as the law provides. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability to consumers where the law does not allow it, including the mandatory rules of the Consumer Affairs Act (Cap. 378).

Workeo is an advisory tool. We do not guarantee that you will find a job, be invited to an interview, receive a particular salary or hear back from an employer: hiring decisions are made only by employers.

Scores, matches, documents, Mia's replies and reports are produced by artificial intelligence and can contain mistakes (section 3). Check them before you send a document to an employer or make a decision based on them: you decide what you send. You can report a mistake in a document as a complaint (section 12).

We are not responsible for the content of job ads or third-party sites that links lead to, or for employers' decisions and recruitment processes (section 3).

Technical breaks (section 4) do not limit your rights, including your right to complain.

Towards businesses that are not consumers, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months and does not cover loss of profit; this limit does not apply to damage caused intentionally.

15. Personal data and cookies

The Provider is the controller of your personal data. Our Privacy policy explains how we process data, your rights, how long we keep data (including the rules for inactive accounts and the career archive, section 9) and the cookies we use. We do not pass your data to employers or job boards.

16. Intellectual property

Workeo, including its software, design, texts and the Workeo name and logo, is protected by law. You may use Workeo as these Terms allow.

Job ads and employers' names and logos belong to their authors or other right holders. We show them as far as needed to point you to a role and link to the original.

Your rights in your content and in the documents prepared for you are set out in section 5.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms for a valid reason:

  • a change in the law or in how it is interpreted, or a court ruling or an authority's decision that concerns Workeo;
  • a change in the scope, features or way the services are provided (for example a new feature, a feature being withdrawn or a change of technology provider);
  • the need to keep Workeo secure or to prevent abuse;
  • a change in the Provider's details;
  • editorial changes that do not affect your rights.

We will tell you by email and on the website at least 14 days before a change takes effect (30 days for a subscription price change, section 6). If you don't accept a change, you can end the contract at no cost before it takes effect, by deleting your account or cancelling your subscription. For a subscription, a change applies from the first billing period after it takes effect.

If a change to a digital service has a significant negative effect on your access to it or your use of it, you can end the contract within 30 days of the change, or of being told about it if that is later. We will then refund the part of the price for the period after the change, in proportion.

One-off plans and packs bought before a change are provided under the Terms in force on the day of the order, unless the new version is better for you.

18. Governing law and courts

These Terms and contracts with the Provider are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in Malta or another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of that country, including Maltese consumer law.

You may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you are domiciled, including the courts of Malta, or in the courts of Poland; we may bring proceedings against you only in the courts of the country where you are domiciled.

19. Final provisions

These Terms are available free of charge on the Terms of Service page before you enter into a contract and at any time afterwards. You can print them or save them as a PDF (the "Save as PDF" button at the top of the page).

This version of the Terms (2026-11-02.3) applies from 2 November 2026. We archive previous versions and send them on request. A contract is governed by the version in force on the day it was made, subject to section 17.
