Complaints
You can make a complaint using the contact details on this page. Describe the problem, when it happened and what you would like us to do, and we will reply within 14 days.
Withdrawal and the guarantee
You can withdraw from a contract made online within 14 days; the form works without signing in. Within 7 days of your first payment you can also ask for a refund under the 7-day risk-free guarantee.
Subscription and invoices
You can cancel Workeo Pro at any time in Settings ("Cancel subscription"). We issue invoices on request: contact us within 3 months of the end of the month in which you paid.
